Watch winder settings for a newbie (AT 8900)

As I understand it, the 8900 movement winds in either direction of the rotor, so does it matter at all if I set the winder to clockwise, counterclockwise, or bi-directional? Would one be preferred? The options for Turns-Per-Day are 650, 850, and 1050. Does anyone have an idea of the TPD that will keep the 8900 wound? Thanks for all the help!

Omega Aqua Terra 8900 Review & Comparison

The new 8900 movement has been around for a little while in other Omegas like the Globemaster and Planet Ocean, but this is the first time we''ve seen it in an Aqua Terra. the 8900 has two barrels and a jumping hour hand. the 8800 has a quickest date and a more durable bearing for the rotor. two barrels is better for torque, though not something you will notice. the jumping hour hand can cause issues with the alignment of the hour hand and is pretty annoying if you don''t travel a lot, so i would pick the 8800.
